Summer is right around the corner. My wife and I got to get out for a bit and enjoy the beach last weekend and I got in some great surfing. We're headed back out to the coast this week to check out a place we haven't been before - Seabrook WA. Funny enough, I have a few showings there. But afterwards we're going to check out the town and I'm going to get back in the water for some more surfing! Hope you're off to a good start to your week. Why is now the time to sell?
 
Well, it's because supply is still extremely low. Thus allowing your home to stand out amongst the crowd! Buyers are competing among the limited supply of homes for sale, which is why we're still seeing multiple offers on homes. Plus, most home owners have a lot of equity right now. When you sell, you can use that to power your move! It's important to note though that pricing is super, super important right now. Gone are the days of listing for whatever the neighbor sold for and getting $50K over asking. Be sure to chat with a real estate professional who can help guide you through the listing process and advise you on the best pricing strategies.
